Our 6-inch Heavy Duty Swivel Caster Wheels with Total Lock Brakes are designed for superior performance in demanding industrial environments. Each caster supports up to 230 kg, making them ideal for applications like warehouse trolleys, material handling carts, industrial machinery, mobile workstations, and medical equipment. The non-marking grey Thermoplastic Rubber (TPR) tire, mounted on a robust PP core, ensures excellent traction and floor protection across surfaces such as linoleum, tile, carpet, concrete, hardwood, and polished wood.

The zinc-plated steel bracket provides corrosion resistance, while the total lock brake system securely locks both the wheel and swivel mechanism, offering maximum stability when stationary. This feature is critical for safety in dynamic environments like factories or hospitals. Equipped with 6202 double ball bearings, these casters deliver smooth, quiet operation and reduced wear, even under heavy loads. The 360-degree swivel design enhances maneuverability, allowing easy navigation in tight spaces.

With an overall height of 194.2 mm and a top plate mounting system (115×100 mm, hole spacing 84×72 mm), installation is secure and straightforward.
